- What kind of companies do you run incentive trips for?
- Across the board: SaaS sales kickoffs, insurance MDRT rewards, private bank top-producer trips, pharma incentive programs, real estate luxury brokerage rewards, family office travel days, and channel partner incentives. Group sizes 8–30, almost always in Europe.
- Do you handle MICE / DMC partnerships?
- Yes. We work with several MICE and DMC agencies on white-label or co-branded supercar driving programs, with standard 15–20% commission structures. If you represent corporate buyers and want to add a supercar driving program to your roster, contact us directly.
- What's the price range?
- For a 5-day fully-curated 5-star supercar incentive program in Europe: €18,000–€32,000 per person depending on cars, hotels and group size. Programs include all hotels, all meals, fuel and tolls, transfers, lead/sweep cars, and on-call mechanical support.
- How far in advance do we need to book?
- Peak season (June–September) needs 9–12 months. Shoulder (April–May, October) needs 6–9 months. Hotels are the bottleneck, not cars.
