1. Who we are

Pure Adrenalin is the public brand of PRESTIGA LTD, an Israeli company. PRESTIGA LTD is the data controller for personal information collected through this site. Contact: prestiga@gmail.com.

2. What we collect

When you submit an inquiry form we collect your name, phone number, email, traveller count, and any message you choose to write. When you book, we additionally collect billing details, passport details for the partner rental operator, and a copy of your driving licence — used solely to confirm driver eligibility.

The site itself sets no third-party tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set strictly-necessary cookies for security and request routing.

3. How we use it

Inquiry data is used only to respond to your inquiry, confirm dates, and (with your consent) follow up on future tour openings. Booking data is shared with the named hotels, the rental operator, the airline, and the chauffeur company strictly to fulfil your booking. We do not sell or rent data.

4. Retention

Inquiry-only records are deleted after 24 months of no contact. Booking records are retained for 7 years to satisfy tax-audit requirements under Israeli law, then deleted.

5. Your rights

You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, request correction or deletion, or withdraw consent to future contact at any time by emailing prestiga@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days.

6. Transfers

Personal data may be transferred to suppliers in the EU (hotels, rental operators) and the UK (some flight partners). Where data leaves the EU/EEA, we rely on standard contractual clauses or the supplier's adequacy decision.

7. Security

Inquiry data is stored in the DRV.club admin CRM behind authentication. Payment data is handled by the bank during wire transfer; we do not store full card numbers. Driving licence images are encrypted at rest and deleted within 14 days of the tour finishing.

8. Changes to this policy

Material changes are announced on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
