Terms of Service
1. Operator
Pure Adrenalin is the public brand of PRESTIGA LTD, the organising agency. Prestiga Ltd curates, schedules and accompanies the tour, but does not act as the air carrier, hotelier, or vehicle rental company — those services are provided by third parties. Contact: prestiga@gmail.com, +972 3 525 2526.
2. Bookings
A seat is confirmed when full payment is received via wire transfer to PRESTIGA LTD. Inquiries received through this site are not bookings — a confirmed booking requires written acceptance from Pure Adrenalin and a paid invoice.
Tour prices are quoted in EUR per person, double occupancy. Single supplement, car upgrades, additional experiences, and optional extras are quoted separately.
3. Cancellation
Cancellation fees are calculated from the day Pure Adrenalin receives written notice of cancellation, relative to the tour departure date:
- More than 60 days before departure — free of charge, full refund.
- 30 to 60 days before departure — 50% cancellation fee.
- 7 to 30 days before departure — 70% cancellation fee.
- Less than 7 days before departure — 100% cancellation fee, no refund.
A seat may instead be transferred to a named substitute at no extra charge subject to driver-eligibility checks and rental-company approval. Trip-cancellation insurance is strongly recommended and can be arranged on request.
4. Driver eligibility
Drivers must hold a valid driving licence in their country of residence, be at least 25 years of age, present a credit card in their own name at vehicle handover for the damage deposit, and meet the rental company's standard underwriting criteria. The rental partner may apply additional age or licence-tenure requirements for specific models.
5. Vehicle, insurance & damage deposit
Vehicles are supplied by partner rental operators in Monaco, Munich, and other destinations. Comprehensive insurance is included; the driver remains liable for the damage-deposit excess, which depends on the vehicle:
- Standard supercar fleet (Porsche 911, Mercedes SL63, Ferrari Roma / F8 / 488 / Portofino, McLaren, Aston, Bentley) — typically €5,000 – €20,000.
- Hypercar & ultra-rare vehicles (e.g. Bugatti) — up to €200,000.
Tyre, wheel, underside, and interior damage are typically excluded from standard cover and quoted separately by the rental partner. Optional damage-cover add-ons can reduce or waive the excess for an additional fee — quoted with the booking.
6. Contract with the rental company & driver liability
Before vehicle handover, the driver signs a separate rental contract directly with the rental company. From that point forward, the driver is solely responsible for the vehicle, for compliance with local road rules, for any traffic offences or fines, and for any damage not covered by insurance. PRESTIGA LTD acts as the organising agency only and is not a party to the rental contract.
7. Liability of PRESTIGA LTD
PRESTIGA LTD's role is to organise and accompany the tour. Liability for flight delays, hotel issues, vehicle mechanical faults, traffic incidents, or third-party service failures rests with the respective provider. PRESTIGA LTD's total liability under these terms is limited to the value of the tour fee paid.
8. Force majeure
If a tour cannot run because of force majeure (border closure, hotel insolvency, severe weather, civil unrest), participants are offered the choice of (a) rescheduling to a future departure or (b) a refund of the tour fee less any non-recoverable supplier costs.
9. Governing law
The driver's rental contract is governed by the laws of the destination country in which the vehicle is rented and driven. Disputes arising under that contract are subject to the courts of that country. Disputes relating to the organising-agency role of PRESTIGA LTD are subject to the courts of the destination country relevant to the tour.
