Why we love working with carriers

Insurance and financial services have been running incentive travel longer than any other industry — and the producers have correspondingly high expectations. They've been on the trips. They've seen the formats. They know when a program is being phoned in. They are the most rewarding cohort to design for because the bar is high.

The carriers that get this right see retention of top-quartile producers materially above the industry baseline. The carriers that don't lose those producers to competitors that do.

Compliance, not as an afterthought

We've run programs under U.S. state insurance department guidelines, FCA frameworks (UK), and equivalent EU regulator-aware contexts. We work with your compliance team early — on invitation criteria, program valuation, business-purpose framing, and disclosure language — to make sure the program fits the regulatory envelope your jurisdiction requires. This is not a side conversation; it shapes the design from day one.

Program patterns

MDRT-style: 18-24 producers, 5 days, two-driving-days + two scenic-days, one half-day producer panel session with carrier leadership. €22,000-€32,000 per person.

Top-producer reward: 8-14 producers, 4 days, three driving days, CEO Q&A dinner. €20,000-€30,000 per person.

Private banker client trip: Banker + UHNW client(s), 3-5 days, ultra-private, no carrier branding. Custom pricing.

Industries within the bracket

P&C carriers, life carriers, MGAs, insurance brokerage holding companies, wirehouses, independent RIAs, private banks, family offices, wealth management platforms. The pattern is the same: high-touch producer relationships where one week with leadership changes a year.

Before you enquire

Frequently asked.

Do you understand insurance compliance for incentive travel?
Yes — we run programs under both U.S. state insurance department guidelines and EU regulatory frameworks. We work with your compliance team early to ensure invitation criteria, program valuation, and disclosure language meet your specific jurisdiction's requirements. We do not provide tax or legal advice; we provide the documentation your team needs to make its determinations.
What's the right cohort size for an MDRT reward trip?
12-24 producers is the sweet spot. Below 12 the program feels small; above 24 the carrier leadership cannot give attention to each producer the way they need to for retention. For larger MDRT cohorts we recommend splitting into two separate weeks.
Can we combine MDRT recognition with training content?
Yes. We structure programs as 75% reward / 25% content — typically a half-day product roadmap session, a half-day practice management dialogue, and the rest reward. The combination is significantly more compliant in jurisdictions that require business-purpose justification.
Do you accommodate spouses?
Always. Insurance producer relationships are particularly spouse-centric — the spouse program is a meaningful retention lever, not an afterthought. We design parallel partner experiences.
